Previously named "Gex" in 1993, Giki was the first comic I made that had little to no violence. Giki was an office lizard who worked for an advertising firm... however, his required tasks were unclear. Giki had a boss named "Crock", a friend named "Boris" and a son (also) named Giki (which makes his son a "Junior"). Giki also had an opposite which looked like him but had two horns on his nose and 45 degree Pupils named "Prickle". The comic was first called "Gex on the Go" as he was first named Gex... this is why you will see his boss call him "Gex" in some comics and "Giki" in the later ones.
Giki worked for his boss "Crock" (a crocodile) and was a borderline slacker who loved to golf. As mad as Crock would get at him, Crock never seems to get around to actually firing him. The Comic would introduce Giki's son at the very start of 1998 (Technically, 12/30/97). Around that time, the "Humor" would also dramatically change as I started directing the comic towards my family enjoying, including some humor that happens "outside the office"... Personally, I like Giki's older comics better.
All comics from 1992 to 2001 are left in their raw, original, childish format from when they were made with no correction to the spelling or clean up. I left them like this to preserve the memory of how the comics looked when I first created them.
